Prior to joining 1020 Placecast , Blair founded Partenza Consulting,

players and investors in the Location-Based Services (LBS) industry.
Previously, he had overall responsibility for the Internet/Wireless
product line at NAVTEQ, the leading digital map content company, and
launched the company’s mobile content product line.
